by pastor Eugenie Ngenzi
I want to introduce you to some teachings series supposed to help a new believer. I will use a simple language in order to help an ordinary reader to find out if he is or not yet among the true followers of Jesus. It is good to have an idea about genuine Christian life for those who have a desire of discovering or reinforcing their positions in the journey to heaven as Christians.
A genuine Christ follower has inner peace and joy from heaven and wishes that everybody else would have a desire to follow Jesus too. That person is eager to let people know how he met Jesus so that they can make the same choice. He always considers other believers as his brothers and sisters. He is not ashamed to be among other people who openly confess Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

"But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?"
"I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve."
